Share Menu not working

I have ON1 2020 and ON1 2022. The Share Menu in 2022 will not work. It does work on 2020. I have checked the Extensions in System Preferences and note that 2022 does NOT show up in any of those items. A reinstall did not fix the issue. 

Have I missed a setting somewhere??

Catalina in latest version, Mac mini, late 2012, and so forth.

  How is it not working? I use it to send my photos via Messenger all the time. Tell me what steps you are taking and how the program is responding please. If you're seeing something a screenshot would help.

  OK, may have just solved it. I have located Browse Cache on an external drive that is also where photos and catalogs and so forth live. I happened to check the permissions on this drive and for my account, it was Read Only! Changing this to Read and Write seems to have solved the issue. I have not tested all of the Share menu items, but the ones that I want now work. I do find it strange that 2022 does not show up in System Extensions, however. For now, happy enough.
