Eye flip

    Duplicate the layer (Unless the eye is in another photo. In that case add it as a 2nd layer)

    With the upper layer selected,  mask out the area where you want the eye replaced. (You won't see the checkerboard if the lower layer is turned on. You can turn it off like I did with this one)

    Select the lower layer and use Transform to flip the image. (Turn that layer back on first if it isn't already. You can turn off the upper layer temporarily to help see what you're doing)

    Turn the upper layer back on if needed. Then, still with Transform, move the lower image around until the eye matches with the masked area in the upper image.

    Now you can merge them back together if you want.
