Printing problems in ON1 Raw 2022
According to the ON1 Plus printing course given by Hudson Henry after soft proofing and resizing I exported ready picture in psd format to my Print folder and then printed from Brows Pane. I use Canon Pixma 10S Pro A 3+ format printer and my works were very nice working on previous 2020 and 2021 ON1 Photo Raw. Now, in 2022 ON1 on the screen I have proper picture but printed one is terrible: practically every mask from Effects and Local Pane is visible and the colors are also wrong. I use calibrated monitor and profiled photo papers, my works appear at exhibitions and I really have an idea of printing workflow. I printed ARW format without resizing, psd after resizing, then according to the paper profile in the printer setting and ON1 2022 color settings, turning off the printer settings - in all trials I got the same wrong printouts! I will be grateful for your comments and help on this topic – the best regards Dariusz

You should send this to tech support. You'll want to include the .psd file and the RAW file with its sidecar files. They will be too big to attach to the the support request so you'll have to zip them together and upload them to a file sharing site like Dropbox or WeTransfer then include the download link in your request.

OK - thank you very much for the advice :)

There was no need to write to Tech Support. My mistake was that I updated the printer driver without removing the previous one and the two versions interacted to produce the effects described in the printouts. According to the printer manual, it is absolutely necessary to remove the intermediate version before updating, so I did it and everything is OK again! Printing with the software ON 1 Photo Raw 2022 is perfect. Sorry for the confusion I caused – the best regards Dariusz
