PR 2022 not shown in uninstall programs area
I'm wondering if anyone sees this - it seems rather odd.
I'm running on Win 10. I currently have PR 2020, 2021, and 2022 installed. I was going to uninstall 2020. I noticed that in my "Apps and Features" Settings where Windows allows users to uninstall programs, 2020 is listed twice, and 2021 is present. But 2022 is not shown at all.
Checking in the registry, it looks like the 2 2020 entries might be from installing 2020 once for "All users" and once for the "Current" user.
The 2021 entry shows an install date of Oct 21, 2021. This would seem to be about the time that I installed PR 2022, I definitely didn't install any 2021 versions in late Oct. The registry entries for 2021 do all point to the folders with 2021 in their name, so it's not like 2022 installer has entries for the 2021 folders.
I don't understand why there is no entry to uninstall 2022.

Same here. 2022 is not registering. ONPREST files are looking for 2019 to run which no longer exists on my machine. Been 5 month and no response...

Select a ON1Preset file and choose the command Open With… or its Windows equivalent. My Windows VM is down right now so I can't look up the exact command, sorry. In the new dialog pick ON1 Photo RAW 2022 for the program to open this type of file, then click the option to set that for all files of this type.
There are other threads on these forums that address the registry issues that you can search for. Here's an older one that deals with installation problems but it has recommendations on uninstalling followed by running a registry cleaner.

Same in Windows, Right Click on the preset and select open with the select choose another app.

Of course. I did that several times before reaching out. And, when attempting to "choose another file", NO VERSION OF ON1 appears in the list of choices. I have scrubbed the registry and re-installed several times, apparently successfully, with no change in outcome.

There should be an option for Other so you can browse your file system and navigate to the ON1 Photo RAW 2022 folder where you will then be able to select the PR 2022 program.

At the bottom of the list of apps you should see "Look for other apps on this PC" Select that and a normal Windows browser will open. Browse to C:\Program Files\On1\On1 Photo Raw 2022\ and select the On1 2022 executable. Don't forget to select Always use this app

I reported this issue to tech support on Jan 23rd. The PR 2022 installer did not create an entry to allow it to be removed, but I do have 2 entries for PR 2020. They blamed registry corruption, and suggested that I run a registry cleaner like CCleaner, which I already run regularly. I reran it and reported that the issue still exists. I pinged them March 10th and got no response. I pinged them again on April 25th, I also manually browsed the registry and reported the data that I found for installed PR entries. I have gotten no feedback from support since January.
This is one of 4 tickets I can't get support to respond to.
It would be nice if we all got timely responses to our emails like the forum moderators do.
It's getting quite difficult to accept the numerous problems that this product displays, and the complete lack of caring from all levels of employees in the company.

Agreed! And I will NOT be renewing for that very reason.
