Weird bugs in 2022, is it just me?

I have seen and reported the first two but not the truncated drop-down menus. You should report them too. If you can record a movie of the scrolling My Catalogs menu then they will know it isn't just me and I'm not crazy. :)

Number 1 here too, on MAC Monterey, PR 2022, but also previous ones. It seems that it happens when you move too fast or you move too many files, but unpredictably

1  there has been a problem for a long time with the active folder going back to the top of the path, but this doesn't sound like your problem. I would need to see it happening to have a better idea.

2  I've had the cursor get stuck with the hand and not change to the brush when it's supposed to. A bit of moving the mouse around usually fixes it.

3  If you've change the scaling on your screen, you might want to try resetting it (we have instructions) to see if that issue persists. Otherwise, I've never seen that problem myself.

If you can document any of this, you can send it in to On1 to evaluate. You might need to make a video of what's happening since a simple screenshot wouldn't show much.

What we are talking about for number 1 is different. When you move some files/folders from the Grid view to another folder in the My Catalogs or Browse panel it will suddenly start scrolling and it cannot be controlled. No matter where you move the slider it just scrolls back to the top or bottom of the list.

I see number 2 all the time as well. Sometimes there will be 2 different pointers displayed at the same point. Sometimes I can clear it up by different means, other times a relaunch of the program is needed.

Brian- That sounds like a challenge for a video of the scrolling :) I will make it happen. Probably need to do the same for the menus. They happen regularly with both crop as well as some of the print settings.

The way I did it was to turn on the video recording once the scrolling issue started just scroll through the list with the mouse and let it go to return by itself.

The mouse cursor disappearing drives me crazy. Local adjustments, masking in general and, sometimes, cropping. All of them have the disappearing cursor issue randomly crop up (I say 'random' but the longer I use the s/w, the more certain it is to happen.) The only thing that ever helps (for a while) is a complete restart of ON1. Soon returns though.

I did approach Support. Tried everything they suggested, none of which help. Then they told me there was a patch which 'might fix it'. It didn't. And then, basically, they just stopped responding to me. So much life has been happening recently, I've never got back to nudging them.

Follow up: I submitted a support ticket for #3 and got the response that it is an open bug that is slated to be fixed in a future release.
