On1 Raw 2022 Can't Find NAS Drives

I'm using Windows 10 with new download of On1 Raw 2022. It cannot find my mapped NAS drives. My drives are present in Explorer but do not show in On1 Raw. Is there an issue, and if so, what is the work around?

  Timothy, you should open a trouble ticket with On1 support. I would suggest you do that asap if you want a reply before they close down for the holidays.

  There have been a few NAS items posted.  Here is one where permissions on the NAS caused a similar issue.
