Can’t save smart album, On1 says it already exists
2 things occurred to me while defining smart albums from existing searches.
1) When I wanted to save it I got the message that the smart album already existed. This while there were no smart albums existed.
2) During the deletion of an album I had to force quit On1. After that all my defined smart albums were gone and I could not use the earlier defined names anymore.
Could 1) be a residue the old smart albums we use to have before 2019 and how can I make these names available again?
Thanks, Martin

I'm sorry Martin, I don't have an answer for this. You'll have to ask tech support.

I´m having a similiar issue with a Smart Album that´s name is containing a "_". Cant be found, nor used or deleted.

Once again, you need to report this to tech support. I don't have any answers for why Albums, smart or not, cannot be found or deleted, sorry.

Make sure your smart album name isn't the same as a standard album or any catalog header. They may be different types, but they share the same naming structure.

This morning the smart albums created on Friday were there all of a sudden, but unfortunately they were gone after another restart of On1.
Anyway, I reported my findings to support. Now wait for their reply.
