Unable to access On1 PhotoRaw 2022 from PS
I'm not that happy about losing the capability of moving easily from PS to On1 2022. I know the goal is make On1 PS's equal--and I support that goal. But it isn't there yet. I still need to be able to open a file in PS and float over to On1 whenever I want to.
I just bought On1 NoNoise for a friend and assured her that she could move easily from PS to NoNoise. Now I find that only the plugin bundle works that way. If that's true, I don't think she's going to bother using NoNoise. And that means she's never going to bother buying any other On1 products. How's that good for business?

Since we're all users like you, there is no one in this group that can do anything about it. If you want to complain to On1, you'll have to contact them directly.

Hi Rick, I saw a button that said Tech Support and mistook it for meaning Users and On1 Tech Support. My bad. While I love the 2022 program, I don't like losing the flexibility I had with my prior version. And I wasted a lot of time looking for the Export option that no longer exists. So maybe other users feel the same way?
Thanks

I've been using on1 for many years now and it was tight in my workflow....it worked perfectly. Last December Ibought a customised M1 Macbook Pro until a new Mac Pro will arrive. Sadly enough I found out that this version can only be used as a standalone version and no longer works from within Photoshop which is, with all due respect, the "standard" among image editors and visual artists like myself. This will make rethink my workflow and how and if I want to keep it like it now is.

The plug-ins were removed from Photo RAW 2022 and are now sold as stand-alone programs and plug-ins for that particular module. If you do not use Photo RAW except as a plug-in to Photoshop, use the Submit a request link to contact Customer Service and see returning the Photo RAW program and purchasing the plug-in bundle.
