Uninstall
I have PR 2021 and 2022 plus all the 2021 stand alones (including no noise) installed. I would like to uninstall PR 2021 but when I go the the Windows Install/Uninstall area of Control panel the Uninstall button is grayed out. What other option do I have?
Also, I noticed when I open the system preferences in PR 2022, the Scratch Folder Location is in the subfolder for Roaming>On1>On1 PR 2021. Can I just move this into the 2022 sub folder?

It isn't necessary to move the Scratch space. The 2022 version already points to its own folder in Roaming/ON1/. There isn't anything in that scratch space anyhow unless the program needs it while editing.
You can simply drag the 2021 application folder to the trash to get rid of it.

Uninstall by dragging to trash from the desktop? I've never done that before on a PC...I thought it had to be "uninstalled"?

Uninstalling does clean up some registry items that would be left in place by trashing the application. If the uninstaller isn't available there isn't much choice though.
Take a look inside the application's folder. There should be a link to an uninstaller app somewhere in there. Look inside the Documentation folder. That's where it's at on a Mac.
Both uninstaller will not touch your user data. If you want to clean that up you'll have to do it manually. I would leave 2021 stuff in place so 2022 can migrate from it again if needed.
