Album photos not sharp when viewed via a different pc

So photos I've put into albums and synced show up great on mobile devices. I just installed on1 photo raw 2022 on a second computer. When I view album photos on the second computer they look like they are displaying 320p on a 1080p monitor. Any thoughts.

  I imagine it will take time to send the full res versions. These would be just previews.
