Try force-quitting the app by sliding its window up from the bottom of the screen and off the top of the screen. That might reset it when you relaunch it.

Hi, the window is stuck down there...it doesn't move. However when I tried doing what you suggested auto log in picture came up which said to hold by phone up to it and take a picture. Never saw anything about the in the manuals

Try stopping the drag when you see all the other backgrounds app's windows. Once you see them, drag the ON1 app's window off the screen.

This is an iOS feature. You drag a program's window off the top of the screen to kill the program. Simply dragging it up so you can return to the Home Screen leaves that app running in the background. We have to kill it so the open connection that is hanging things up gets killed as well.

You'll have to talk with support about this then. Force-quitting he mobile app to restart the transfers has always worked for me and it's all I know how to do, sorry.

Should I try looking at the log files to see what is going on?

Or is it to do with the fact that i just signed up and I have a free trial period?

Yes, it is the trial version of Photo RAW that is the problem. You have to subscribe to the Cloud Sync service before it can be used. It doesn't have any kind of trial period, sorry.

No, I have signed up and will pay for it after the 5 day trial period. I see the charge in my iTunes billing area.  I have also discovered that the app only seems to work with catalogues and not folders,,,, then i have a mixture of dngs jpegs and tifs....It does a partial upload and with blurred pictures.  I get a notice that this photo has settings applied with ON1 Photo Raw for computers that are not supported on mobile.  What does this mean?  some of the photos are taken with a go pro but they are jpegs

What charge are you seeing in your iTunes billing area?ON1 does not go through the Apple Store for payment. All payments go through ON1's web site and Fastspring who handles their online store.

I have also discovered that the app only seems to work with catalogues and not folders Which app are you talking about? In Photo RAW you publish Catalogs and/or Albums to the cloud server which makes them available to your mobile devices through the ON1 Photo RAW For Mobile app.

I get a notice that this photo has settings applied with ON1 Photo Raw for computers that are not supported on mobile.  What does this mean? It means exactly what it says. That photo has had editing done to it in Photo RAW which the mobile app does not support. You cannot do everything in the mobil app that you can in Photo RAW.

Have you read any of the documentation for the program and cloud sync service yet?
