The program's controls for setting the Scroll Wheel options are in Preferences > General > Scrolling Controls.

That's some behavior I can't understand: setting to "None", my mouse is responsive as Richard Wise ask: just moving it from slider to another, all the previous slider setting moves again. And the worst is when I use Black slider in edit, scrolling to next adjustments, my black setting moves as it wants.

    Happy 2022 anyway !

Thanks for the suggestion but as Subias said I have my mouse settings to NONE.  I believe in ON1 2021, there was a change for using a device to move sliders. I believe that may be the culprit.

Try the Delete Settings option. I'm not seeing any problems when I switch to using a mouse. I can only drag a slider when I've clicked and held it. A simple click doesn't allow me to control them.

Are you activating the slider with one of the new hotkeys first?

I have experienced something similar too, but I find that the position of the mouse is key. If a slider is active and the mouse is positioned on that slider, then the mouse wheel will adjust the slider. If a slider is active and the mouse is positioned away from the active slider, then the mouse wheel scrolls up and down as expected.

This was introduced a few months ago to make sliders easier to adjust by not having to hold the mouse on sliders to move them. I don't think there is a setting to turn off this feature.

If a slider is active and the mouse is positioned on that slider…

Photo RAW's entire UI is very dependent upon where the mouse pointer is located.
