Star filters
AnsweredIs it possible to set the filter to find images rated as zero stars? I often cull by giving images a 1 or 2 star rating to start out, then I filter to = 1 or 2 stars to see my selects (and X for deletes). When I try = zero stars to see if I missed any, the filter shows all images. It works correctly for = 1 through to 5 star ratings, just not zero stars.

You can set up an advanced search as follows to find zero star images (this is version 2022):

Thanks for your help Roger, that helps for now. I hope the filter gets tweaked to allow = zero stars to show because it's right there but doesn't work. It's annoying to have to open another option to get the "same" search option as the other number of star ratings.

What Roger showed us is Photo RAW's version of = 0. It literally says the Rating is set to nothing (no stars have been clicked). The Filter Bar may be designed where selecting the = comparison operator does not initiate a search because you haven't explicitly told it what to search for. Do you want the Browser view to change just because you set the = sign first? It may be a bug too. You'll have to ask support if it is working as designed or not.

It seems like bug to me. The default state should be ≥ 0.

The default state is ≥ 0 otherwise you would see nothing.

That's what I said. So setting = 0 could easily mean "show only unrated images". You are not going to get that behaviour by default since ≥ is set.
By the way, ≤ 0 should also show only unrated images, but shows all too, which is illogical.
