Canon R3 images

Info says the Canon R3 is supported, yet my raw files appear pink and green in the edit module. 

Is this something in my camera settings or is it the software?

  I doubt it is a camera setting. You'll need to talk to tech support about this.

  Ok-yes, I submitted an email to support.  Just thought I'd check to see if anyone else encountered this issue.
