I currently run On1 on both a laptop and a tablet and am satisfied with the performance and results. I don't sync to the cloud. Even before the 2022 upgrade (still running 2021) I've been seeing duplicate preset categories, with one having the word "Conflicted" appended.
For ex. "Cinematic" and "Cinematic Conflicted"
What does this mean and what action(s) should I take?
You'll have to ask tech support to be certain but I think it just means that the same Preset has been imported twice and the name has to be changed to get them both in. You can't have 2 Presets of the same type with the same name.

I would take a look at one or two of the duplicates to compare them and if they are the same I would just get rid of all those with Conflicted in their names.0
