    I've been fighting with this for years. You need to report it to tech support so they can get it to the engineers.

    Do you actually see the extra Country and City keywords in the .onphoto Metadata > Keywords field? You can remove them from there. Once you've do that for all the files with those keywords you may be able to delete them from them the Keyword List permanently.

    I use the Embed Metadata command too but I try to avoid Read Metadata. I think part of the problem is the keywords parser when they are read so reading them after embedding them may be the cause of the unwanted items reappearing.

    When you report this you might want to include a screen recording showing them they steps you are taking and how they reappear. You'll have to upload the movie to a file sharing site like Dropbox or WeTransfer and include the download link in your message to support.
