Please post a screenshot showing us your Export panel settings. Stretch the panels height to show as many of the options as possible. If you are not using a particular option you can collapse its panel to save some space.

When you export files from an advanced search selection or keyword selection you may see files from different folders. If you have your export settings to "same folder" or a subfolder of the respective folder the exports will be exactly there. However when "show in explorer" is selected in your export presets, and explorer opens you only find one of the exported files just there.

If this is your scenario try exporting all the files to one selected directory and hopefully they all will be in this location.

Please repost your screenshot after collapsing all the panes which are not being used; i.e.; all those without the highlighted selection circles. You can collapse the pane by clicking on its title.

From what I can tell from the screenshot above (I can't see the full pane for Renaming) it looks as though you are renaming all the exported files with the exact same name and you have to the option to tell what happens in that case set to Replace. That would result in only 1 photo being seen as each new file overwrites the previous one.

Thanks Volker but none of your scenarios apply in this case. You are right about that though.

All you need to do is change the Replace option to Keep Both.
