dmg update download problem

Having downloaded the latest update for 2022.1 - I get the following error:  Why is there ".download" after raw2022.dmg?  Any clues?

  Safari uses the .download extension while the file is in the process of being downloaded. When it has finished, the correct extension is applied.

  For some reason your download isn’t complete. You’ll have to try again.
