Levels window goes 'blank'
I'm wondering if anyone sees this issue. I often notice while moving sliders that the Levels window displays invalid data. It's usually just a vertical line at the left side of the control, but I think sometimes the vertical lines are on both sides of the control. I've noticed that the last 3 times it's happened, I have had the Level's Clipping arrows turned on, but I don't know if that's always the case. This seems to happen when dragging the sliders, but not when scrolling the mouse wheel or pressing the up/down keys. The problem resolves itself if the slider is moved again, but can also come back easily.

I haven't seen it happen on my system. I would record a screen capture movie showing it happen and send it to tech support.

Happens to me quite frequently in 2020 and 2022. Sometimes hitting one of the other tabs and going back to levels fixes it.

I see this constantly. I'm a teacher with ~50 photography students, and this appears mysteriously on some students' computers, but not others. It's driving me crazy and I can't figure out the cause or a solution.

One thing that will help with your system performance and which might affect this issue is to close the Presets panel. Every change you make to your image has to be rendered in each and every one of those Preset Previews. That's going to slow the system. While editing you should keep the Presets panel and the Filmstrip closed until you need them then close them back up again.

The next time it goes blank. Try widening that right side panel a bit to see if it comes back.

This is what I'm seeing sometimes, especially when I use the filter "curves", and sometimes the Level panel becomes solid green. If I move to Info and back to levels, The view turns to normal

Report it to tech support.
How to submit a problem to ON1 Tech Support - A Step-by-step Guide

I reported this to tech support on April 17th. The asked for "the image" that causes the problem, even though numerous users have the problem on a number of unrelated images, so I sent them one. I pinged them Monday for an update.
No response since April 18th. This is one of 4 tickets I can't get support to respond to.

You do understand they have been very busy preparing for today's release, right? I sent a support request on Monday and I have not yet heard back either even though I am a Plus member and usually get a response the same day.

I submitted a ticket and received this reply.

The biggest issue we see with preview issues, poor performance, hangs/freezes in the UI or images not appearing when using ON1 PHOTO RAW is either video card drivers not being current or that the application has not been set to run off the discreet (not embedded) GPU
Visit the manufacturers website to download the latest driver directly from them. Updating thru the Windows updater will not give you the latest driver.
Full Instructions are available here:
https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000551608--OpenGL-3-3-and-later-is-required-How-to-update-video-card-driver-Windows-Only-
After completing the install, please open the NVIDIA or AMD Control Panel (depending on what brand is installed on this machine) and make sure ON1 Photo RAW is configured to run exclusively off of this GPU. Here is some more information on how to do so:
https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000138471
Apply these changes and reboot your machine.---------------------------------------------------
I've done some testing and updated my drivers, and am suspecting that my system does not meet the minimum system requirements. (I'm not sure it is capable of OpenGL 3.3 or greater) I don't have a separate graphics card.
