Ceeate new export preset

I accidentally deleted one of my export presets.

How can I create a new export preset from scratch?
The only options I can see are to edit or rename an existing preset.

  At the bottom... save preset.

  

  Export presets are explained on page 215 of the user guide.

  I hadn't noticed the "Save Preset" option, (didn't scroll down far enough!)
