Export missing info

Doesn't ON1 work the same as Ps/Lr? I've tried numerous things, but added keywords and part of description are always missing when I 'Get Info' in Finder on exported image. :(
It seems when a preset is used w/o all keywords or description and I put them in, they aren't exported only that which is in the preset. i.e. keywords I want on all images and my copyright in description.
What am I doing wrong? I can't believe export is so strict that it would omit what I've added to the information already in the preset.
Oh also where is the place to Title image. Thanks!

When you say, "a preset is used", what exactly do you mean? Are you applying an editing Preset or do you mean a Metadata Preset?
Can you show me a screenshot of your Export dialog settings please? What options have you selected for the Metadata settings?
You set the Title in the IPTC section's Title field.

I'm referring to the Metadata Preset. Sorry. I created a preset that has some keywords that I want on every image and a copyright in the description.
Added the description above the copyright line. Added keywords pertaining to image before the keywords in the preset.
When finished, clicked on Export and chose folder, clicked to export. I tried all metadata settings and chosen settings, no joy.

Give me a while. I'm going to have to play with this to see if I can duplicate it or figure out what is going on.

I messed about for awhile and still couldn't get it to work. Wound up closing ON1 and when I reopened it, what I put in was gone. Hmmm not sure what caused that and would like to know why it happened.
So put in description and other keywords, then exported. Everything was there in 'Get Info'!
Next time I'll close/reopen ON1 before posting. Thanks for your time!

Well it happened again. :( I exported an image and some info I added was missing. Had to close ON1 to make the info appear on Export... Really don't want to keep closing ON1 for it to work properly
Surely this has to be a bug or am I doing something wrong? I'd appreciate it if anyone can figure out why this is happening. Or should I just contact tech support? Thanks!
