I'm using the plug in for No Noise 2022 from out of Capture One. I am given a dialogue box with a choice of what format I want the program to use. If I choose dng format (this is what the training video recommends) the process is carried out, but the image that appears, back in the catalogue, suffers a strong colour shift to warmer and more intense colours.
If I choose TIFF format, the newly created image does not suffer this colour shift but I get a text box which warns me that because I am not using a raw image I am not getting the best noise reduction possible.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or can anyone suggest a possible cause or solution for this? I asked about this on another board but the suggestion there was that I send it to technical support and they apparently want copies of the On1 log and other things which frankly I don't know how to find. Wondering if anyone here can help or even just if this is a problem others have had or if it is specific to my set up.
