    Report it to support and carry on. I see this frequently too. Force Quitting the program and telling them about it is all we can do.

    Me too, perhaps in a quarter of my closedowns. I have not been aware of any lost edits, since I think hitting done saves them anyway.

    I am finding PR 2022 pretty unstable since moving to an M1 machine.

    If I had a dime for every time I have reported that to Support in the past year.    My machine is a M1 Mac Mini.    I completed reinstalled Monterey and removed all my data.    Same problem set.   No feedback from Support that anyone in On1 has identified any of the problems, proposed a solution, or plans to release a solution.

    I started ON1 the same time I got my Mac mini because I was moving away from rental Lightroom software and stand alone LR6 doesn't work on Monterey anyway. So all I've had is an unstable ON1. The company, though, could use better communication with its customers. Thanks, everyone.

    Terry, it's certainly frustrating and I sometimes wish that On1 Support were a bit more communicative. Their usual first response is: "delete settings".

    I have probably raised more support tickets since I switched to my M1 a month and a half ago than I had in the two years since I started using Photo Raw. There has been no acknowledgement from Support that this instability is an issue and is on the way to being fixed. Fortunately, I have not lost anything as a result of the almost daily hangs and crashes, and I still like the programme as my main photo editor.

    One of the reasons I asked for roadmap for 2022.   Not so much for new features.   More about if/when well known faults, such as running on Apple Silicon, where to be fixed.   Glad I continued on another photo editor and did not depend on PR during the past year.

    I'm getting the same problem with Intel Macs.
    I have an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019:3.6 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9)
    OS is Big Sur 11.6.3
     I'm getting the problem after updating On1 Photo Raw 2022 to the latest version.

    Yet again! This time when I hit rename file. The app froze. I quit bit the popup box stayed on the screen and I hit force quit. =Reoprted once again to Support, who haven't yet acknowledged that this is an issue. I expect they will tell me to reset!
