HDR and lens distortion

I have used three bracketed images to create an HDR. They are of a rectangular swimming pool and were taken with a Nikon AF-P 10-20mm lens. The pool is rectangular and some lens distortion is apparent. For the individual images, the lens spec registers and corrects. For the HDR it does not (which in some respects, does not surprise me). 
My query is - can I apply the lens characteristics, which are available, to the image in the form of a preset or something?

  Immediately after posting it occured to me that a solution may be to correct the individual images then create the HDR.
  I have solved my own problem!
