Accounting Problems
I have had my credit card replaced. The renewal of my on1 plus account therefore failed and I received about 10 automatic email messages saying it had failed. I then went online and tried to change the credit card.The screen was quite weird because it had a number of references to the old credit card number. Nevertheless, I added the new number and selected it to be default. However, even though it was saved to be default, when I went to the next screen the old number was selected. When I returned later the new number was no longer default.
I requested online assistance but I received no reply (about 72 hours have elapsed). I tried telephoning but I was unable to reach a human. Does anyone know what I should do? It is more than frustrating being unable to talk to anyone.

You have to talk with Kahlie in Customer Service. If you send it to tech support, it can take them a couple or days just to see it then they have to route it to her. Best to take the direct route. 😎 Use the same Submit a request link but choose the Customer Service option.
