When loading OnOne photo RWA

I run Apple Softwary, Upon Start up it takes about 20 min. for the loading wheel to stop, I have tried working with OnOne Tec support. (lot to be desired) Anyone in the South Portland ,Oregon area capebale to work on my Laptop, Every time I try to select something I have to wait and wait.

  What are your system specs? Which model Mac are you running and how much RAM does it have?

  How big is your hard drive? How much free space is left on it?
