Your only option at the moment is to use OM Workspace to convert the ORF files to something else. I emailed and asked them if there was a codec so the files could be opened in win 10 but they didn't even answer the question, just said we had to use the workspace or Lightroom.

At least On1 should tell us when we can expect the update!! Next week? Next year? Or ????? I submitted a question about this one month ago! They say the problem has been solved, but that is not correct. Now have to use Lightroom and convert to DNG if I am to use On1 PhotoRaw.

We already know there will be a Photo Raw update next month for AI Resize. We don't know if the new OM raw will be updated by then though.
Did anyone bother to ask them to add the new RAW?
