Printer Setup problem when using Print Command
Hi
I am trying to print an image using my HP Officejet Pro 8600. Windows 10 and Photo RAW 2022.1
I select the Setup button for the printer and set the paper type, Quality and not to print on both sides. When I OK these settings it then returns to the Photo RAW dialog page (everything normal). However, if I then go back to Setup the printer settings have reverted to default.
I am sure that I haven't had this problem before. Windows did an update a few days ago and I am wondering if it is to do with this. Has anyone else had this problem or got any suggestions?
Many thank.

You can try deleting settings per this article and see if it helps as it seems to fix a lot of things.
Past that I'd suggest contacting On1 support.

Thank you for the reply, but it hasn't helped. Since my original post, I have tried printing from other applications and this problem doesn't occur. Therefore, I will pass it to ON 1 support. Thanks.

Just wanted to give a status report with this problem. ON1 technical were unable to identify a solution. I also tried deleting PhotoRAW, cleaning relevant folders and Registry, then re-installing with no success. The only thing that I can do is to change the default printer driver settings to what I need before printing from PhotoRAW and then change them back to my defaults after printing. Not very user friendy.
