Cloud Sync Disabled

I am a licensed users on version ON1 Raw 2022.1Yesterday I was syncing a number of new photos.  When I launched the app today to check the status, it stated there was a login error, even though I am logged in.  I logged out and back in again hoping that would resolve the issue.  Now it shows cloud sync is disabled.  I cannot enable it  When I attempt to enable or configure I get a pop-up window to "Learn" or Cancel.

  The first thing to try is Delete Settings. If that doesn't fix the problem you should contact tech support.

  I've solved sync problems in the past by turning off syncing on each individual album then when they were all off turning them back on again.
