    Cody from support suggested me to delete settings, quit ON1, restart computer, the problem is still here; waiting for his next message...

    That is their go to 1st response. I've been through all of this. It is a bug in the program and all the resetting of the program, or deleting of settings, or even removal of the program and reinstallation does not affect it.

    "After checking with our dev team, they have indicated that this is an open bug slated to be fixed in a future release.
    Unfortunately we don't have any immediate fixes.
    I've linked your support ticket to our open bug ticket and we'll keep you posted with any updates as they become available.
