    Care to share any details on your hardware specs and what it is you are doing when it crashes? You haven't given us much to work with but I can tell you that the first step is to Delete Settings followed by the Reset ON1 Photo RAW function if needed.

    Unfortunately, Delete Settings won't work as long as the program is presenting the crash report dialog when the program is launched so you'll have to clear that first. Launch the program, either submit the crash report or just cancel it then immediately quit the program so it won't report another crash when launched again. Now you can relaunch the program with a Shift key pressed per the instructions I linked above.
