File size issues
I have used On1 dozens of times and just encountered this problem. I am enlarging iPhone photos (resolution of 300) in On1. In the past, the exported file AFTER enlarging with On1 was anywhere from 1.3 to 2.2 MB.
The platform I use for photography requires a maximum of 100MB so I export that enlarged PSB photo from Photo Raw as a JPG with reduced dimensions to get a file size of under 100MBs.
It has worked 50-100 times.
Today though, the exported PSB (after On1) is near or above 1GB, sometimes 2GB, and the Photo Raw exported JPG is still wayyyy to big.
Not sure why or what has changed but the difference is in the enormous file size AFTER On1 without doing anything differently on my end.
Your suggestions are appreciated.

I'm assuming we are talking about exporting from Photo RAW? Which version are you running?
How are you getting from the iPhone photo to a PSB and why go there in the first place? Can you not just export the original iPhone photo directly to jpeg? PSB is Adobe's format for images that are larger than a PSD can handle.
What are the export settings you are using? A screenshot showing the full Photo RAW window with your Export settings might be helpful to see what is going on.
