Wacom Cintiq 22 Pen Not Working

I just purchased On1 Raw Photo 2022, and my Wacom Cintiq 22 pen is not functional with the On1 app.  Any thoughts?

  Mac? Windows? Do you have the latest drivers? I'm using an older Wacom Intuos 4 on my Mac M1 Mini without any problems.

  There are plenty of threads on using Wacom tablets that you may find helpful.

  Nevermind ... I reinstalled the Wacom driver.
