    Please describe exactly what you are doing that leads to the error message you are seeing. Which buttons are you clicking, which commands are you using, etc.

    Hi Hans, I figured out what it is you are doing. Sorry for my previous confusion.

    When I use the Share > Add to Photos command I get progress dialog while the photo is being rendered but it doesn't show up in Apple Photos for me. I do not get any error messages.

    The first time I tried it I had to tell the OS where the Photos Library is located on my system. Unfortunately, I did not get a screenshot to show you. I used the Option to select another library (a button in the lower left corner of the dialog) then navigated to my Photos Library and selected it.

    Give that a try and if it doesn't solve your problem you'll have to talk with tech support, sorry.

    OK, I got it to work. In Apple Photos I had to go to Preferences and click the button Use as System Photo Library. Once I did that the Share > Add to Photos command worked for me.
