  I assume you are asking about upgrading to ON1 Photo RAW 2022. All you have to do is run the installer. The first time you launch the program it will migrate everything from 2021 and you'll be in business.

  Unfortunately, the plug-ins are no longer included with the base program and are now sold separately. If you've purchased them or they are included in your subscription plan then all you have to do is run their installers.

  If you do the subscription, you can all the Pro Plugins and Photo Raw.   You get the latest versions as they are released.    IMHO, a great deal.
