More info would be very helpful. You haven't given us very much to work with.

What has changed on your system since you were last able to print?

What is happening when you attempt to print now?

There haven’t been any changes to my system that I know of. I made 100 prints of an image a week ago. I went to print 20 more of the same image and it wouldn’t print. I uploaded the image to Lightroom and it printed with no problem. When I click on “print” in on1, the print dialogue box shows for just a second and then disappears.

Which OS version are you running? There was an update release a few days ago bringing Monterey to 12.4 and Catalina to 11.6.6. If you allow the OS to update itself that would have changed. While it seem unlikely to be the cause of the problem since you are still able to print from other programs, it is still worth checking out.

One thing I've noticed recently when using the Share feature to send photos via Messages  is that once in a while I see what you are describing with the Messages window. It will be displayed briefly before disappearing from view. What I've found is that it is still open, but it has for some reason been moved behind the Browser window. Pressing Command-` brings it back to the front.

If that does not help the first thing I would do is Delete Settings. If that doesn't fix it I'll have to refer you to tech support. How to submit a problem to ON1 Tech Support - A Step-by-step Guide. You might want to include the link to this topic to show them what we've already done to troubleshoot the problem.

I had a similar problem with my new Canon Pro-300 as Carrie noted.  I had done a few test prints during printer setup with no problems.  However, over the weekend, every attempt (dozens) to print resulted in a blank sheet at the output.  I was able to print a test print  by way of the print driver and print from Canon's Professional Print and Layout program, but not from ON1.  This suggested a problem with ON1.  After reading the suggestion to delete the Settings file, I deleted the file and can now print.  Thanks for the great suggestion!
