Have you tried the Delete Settings function?

Thank you; yes, I did. That did not help.

Also, I just noticed that the "sample photo" does resize and export. My own photos will not.

Where are you exporting to? It could be a permissions problem. Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy and click the lock so you can make changes. Look at Full Disk Access and Files and Folders and make sure the ON1 Resize AI 2022 are in them.

    Thanks for your suggestion.

I've been attempting to export to the desktop and the downloads folder.

I modified the settings as you suggested, but I'm still getting the error.

When you say "attempting to export" does that mean you are clicking the Export button? If so, what happens when you click the Done button?

I just tried using the Export button. I was prompted to allow the program to control the Finder. I gave it those permissions and it worked for me. Did you ever see that dialog asking for Finder permission? How did you answer it?

    Thanks, Brian.

I tried by clicking the export button. Also by using "Quick Export" from the menu, and in addition, I tried with the "done" button.

All yield the same error "-1."

I have not seen the "Finder permission" dialog. I should mention that I am using Default Folder, if that makes any difference.

I use it too, it does not make any difference.

My next suggestion is to verify the condition of your file system. Run Disk Utility's Repair function.

After that, completely remove the program and reinstall it.

After that I'm going to have to turn you over to tech support. Be sure to give them the link to this thread so the can see what we've tried.

Brian, what is the best method to completely remove the application?

Delete the app's folder. Go to ~/Library/Application Support/ON1 and delete any folder that has ON1 Resize AI in its name. Repeat the for the /Library/Application Support/ON1 folder. Go to ~/Library/Preferences and delete anything with ON1 Resize in its name.

I haven't gone through and looked everything up for myself yet and I don't have time to do that right now, sorry, so you'll have to do some exploring for yourself. 😀

Thanks again, Brian. Tech Support says 10.14 is no longer a supported OS and does not meet minimum requirements for AI resize.

That’s my bad. I forgot to check the program specs when we started. Sorry about that.

Ed, the GT710 only has 2GB of ram. Even though this meets On1 minimum specs, I've seen several reports of  of users having issues with resize using cards with 2GB ram. That said could you share a screenshot of what your resize panel. That might help us see if it might be some setting you are using.

That would be it Ed. I don't see anything odd there but someone else might. Sadly it might be your video card.

Have you gone into windows graphics settings and set your card to high performance? It might help.
