importproblem in ON1 RAW 2022
Hello, I can't import photos from my iPhone 7 or my Canon G9. I get the message " no pictures found". I can import from the card reader. I´m on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. Anyone had that problem? Kristian

Is the phone turned on and unlocked?
What do you see in the Import window's Source menu? I've sometimes seen 2 entries for my iPhone in it and I have to try one then the other to find the one that actually sees my phone.

Hello Brian,
Yes, turned on and unlocked. This is what I see.

So it sees there are jpegs on the phone but you are not seeing any previews for them, then when you try to them it tells you "no pictures found"?
The next thing I would try is the Delete Settings feature.
If that does not work I'll have to refer you to tech support, sorry. Use the Submit a request link at the top or bottom of this page.

Done "Delete settings ". Still can't see pictures," no pictures found" don't appear. Pictures taken with iPhone camera are imported. Another problem is that photos( RAW) taken with the camera in ON1 app doesn't show at all. Maybe I can bother you with another question? Shall I remove ON1 2020?

You can remove Photo RAW 2020 if you like but it has not bearing on your problem. I removed my copy after 2021 had been running to my satisfaction.
The iPhone 7 does not provide RAW files natively. You have to use a 3rd party app to do that. Newer models are now using ProRAW or .heic files for that. https://photographycourselondon.com/blog/2017/02/shooting-raw-with-the-iphone-7/
The only other suggestion I have beyond talking to tech support is to try a different cable/port combination. Where are you plugging the camera in so your computer can see it? Are you plugging directly into a port on the computer or are you using a dock of some type? Are you using a 3rd party cable or the one that came with your camera?

Ok, seems that we come to the end of the road, I will contact tech support. Thank you for your input...

You might want to give them the link to this forum topic so they can see what we've already discussed and tried.
