It could be an insufficient amount of overlap or possibly too much parallax. It’s hard to say without seeing the files.

You might try editing them if they are dark. Edit one to brighten it up then sync that with the rest and try again.

All pics were taken with a 70-200mm Nikon lens at 200mm.  The files weren't dark, but I did try raising the exposure and other things in edit as well.  I tried lens correction on and off.  I was able to get 4 of 10 to merge with lens correction on, 3 of 10 without, but never any more than that regardless of edits.  The mid ground was trees with leaves and I'm guessing it may not have been the best objects to try to align for stitching.  Beyond the trees was morning haze in the valley and distant hills in the background, that weren't super distinct.  Oh well, it was my first attempt in ON1, I will have to try again.

ps:  The overlap on all photos appeared to be 25% at a minimum, many up to 1/3.

I recommend you send the files to tech support and report the problem so the engineers can work on improving the blending code. You won't be able to attach them to the support request so you'll have to zip them together and upload the zip file to a sharing service like Dropbox or WeTransfer then put the download link in your message to support.
