I would start by checking the permissions for your OneDrive folder make sure you have full permissions to read and write to it. Also check the System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Full Disk Access and Files and Folders. Make sure ON1 Photo RAW 2022 is shown in both of them. If not, add it by unlocking the preference panel then clicking the + button and navigating to your Applications > ON1 Photo RAW 2022 folder.

Yes, I’ve done all that, multiple times. I just re-checked after the update to ON! 2022.5 and too the permissions ar properly set. I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled ON1, and also uninstalled and reinstalled OneDrive. None of that has made any difference at all. ON1 is he *only* program I use that has this problem

You’ll have to talk to tech-support about that then. Sorry. Click the submit a request link below

I did that six months ago, Sent them all the system snapshots and related info they requested. And as I said in my initial post, all they could tell me in the end is that they could not replicate the problem. That’s why I made the post; I was hoping someone here might help when the update to 2022.5 didn’t sort out whatever the problem is.
