2022.5 gallery bugs
AnsweredWhen I open Photo RAW 2022.5, it goes to my photo gallery thumbnails, but I can't edit them. It's just a big black workspace with thumbnails, and no menu on the right to Browse or Edit. If I go to File > Edit in Develop (D), all the menus at the top simply disappear, but the develop options don't appear.
The only way I can make the Edit options appear, is if I go to Preferences, and choose the Default browse location all over again.
I'm using a MacBook Pro 2019 with Catalina OS.

Try pressing the Tab key. That will toggle the visibility of the left and right side panels. Without a screenshot to show us what you are seeing my best guess is that you have them hidden.

Thanks I tried Tab, nothing happened. I was hoping I had somehow hidden it (it was working the first time I opened it). But with the disappearing menus at the top it seems buggy.

Then we need you to post a screenshot so we can see what you see.

OK something weird... I just tried to resize my ON1 window, and realized there was another ON1 window underneath the black one I just screen-shotted. That one is the normal window with the Edit and Browse and Preset menus.
The two were exactly the same size so I didn't realize I had two windows open. So far all seems fine now that I've closed the duplicate window.

You must have had dual monitor mode switched on, second icon in from left on bottom of main screen.

That must be what happened! I just replicated by selecting dual monitor mode, it opens that layered window on top with no controls. Not a bug at least! Thanks.
