While in crop mode, select the back right button "réinitialiser" (in french, so test in english version), then exposure, contrast and all the settings come back, keeping the crop on.

For more comprehensive language, ask Brian or Rick;-)

I do not understand "back right button." Although I did click "Apply" and it cropped the image and returned control of ON1. I had not thought to click Apply because I have always used the keyboard shortcut "R" to apply the crop and didn't even think of the Apply button.

Once you have selected your crop mode, go to the button I show you, I don't know his name in english version.

Do you have it right John, the Apply button that’s what you want. You can also press the Return key.

Translations  in ON1 PR (french/english) remains very bad: in french "réinitialiser" means quite go back, erase all your previous settings, not "apply" or "done" or "go on" or some hidden actions. Sure that's why I I can't use ON1 100% ;-))

The "réinitialiser" button is the "Reset" button in English

Ok, but why this "reset" button even in english is required for get crop mode settings on ?

Never mind, I don't use crop this way.

Anyway, I'm glad to see the bug of duplicated dates (years) fixed in the 2022.5 update. Since I haven't tried all the new features, at this time I have no problems as some may have (map view, resize...).

    Waiting for ON1 2023 !!!

The Apply button and Enter key both work to accept the frame after adjusting the crop. The Reset key does what, to me, its name implies. I have for years used the "R" key for that function and that no longer works. Hmmm, but OK. I'm set now. Though I now have to rebuild my Preferences (after the initial Delete Settings trick).

    Thanks for the help.

R has always been the hotkey for the Retouch Tool. Not sure how you got it tied to the Crop Tool's Reset button. I've always just pressed the Return key to accept the crop or the escape key to Reset to the default size and Freeform setting.

I've always hit D to get into edit mode, C to crop, and R to accept the framing. After that, I do other stuff. Since I edit mostly with the trackball, I pick the tool I want from the left column of tools. I think R to accept the crop is the key in Lightroom, which I left for ON1 back when LR was nearing extinction for the subscription model.

No big deal, though. That was the only problem I had with the new update, so I'm back in love again. Thanks.
