    Give it some time. If it's in the middle of doing something, It may recover after a bit and start responding.

    For the record, i get Not Responding a lot as well.

    Well, after waiting for well over two hours, I lost patience. Nothing like a fresh installation of Windows to fix things! I'm in the middle of that right now...

    Yea, two hours is a little much. I get that Not respnding quite often and it usually recovers within 5 min. If I have to wait 10 or more, I just kill it and start over.

    Same here. "Not responding". Gave up after an hour. Uninstalled/re-installed. Same result. Removed On1 entirely from my system.

    After resorting to a clean installation of Windows 11, On1 PR 2022.5 installed and is running well.

    My installation on both of my Windows 11 machine works fine. There's an update today, which I don't know it's content 16.5.1.12465
