Invisible Thumbnails - 2022.5
Just upgraded to 2022.5 on both Mac and Windows (cross-posting this as I'm having the same problem on both platforms)...
Now, when I launch the app I get my Catalog view as usual... except no thumbnails / filenames / whatever appear whatsoever. It is indicating that there are files present (with correct counts), and I can click around on the blank screen and select one and can get it to display (via the space bar), and can even scroll next / prev using the cursor keys... but "returning" to the thumbnail view (via ESC or G) displays... nothing.
This is happening when I go through my catalogs or when I just browse through folders (whether they are cataloged or not).
I have no filters applied (that I can see, as I had none applied before doing the upgrade).
I am accessing catalogs / files from both my local drive and from NAS drives. Still nothing.
Was working fine on both Mac and Windows before the upgrade, and now... nada.
Any ideas? TIA!

Let's stick to the Mac thread on this for now since I'm more of a Mac guy and no longer have access to my Windows VM. Once we've got a solution there it should be transferable to your Windows system.

Same issue here. The thumbnail view doesn't work anymmore regardless of whether I am looking at folders, drives, or catalogs. VERY frustrating!
