2022.5 Cropping my RAW photos
I tried the free trial back in May and batch processed a folder with satisfying results. From this, I was seriously thinking about setting aside some money for a purchase.
I just got offered another free trial for the 2022.5 update, so I decided to try it again. However, this time it is cropping my .CR3 RAW files from 6000x4000 to 5928x3946 upon opening them up and applying the defaults (you can visibly see the image zoom in at the same time the ON1 Standard colors load)
Is this a glitch introduced in 2022.5 version? a settings issue?
I certainly won't be making a purchase if I can't get this issue fixed.

What camera are you using? I shoot an R5 which produces 8192x5464 images and that is what I see when I select the Crop tool and choose Original Ratio.
What lens are you using? I'm wondering if this might have something to do with the new lens recognition feature that was added to 2022.5.
Would you care to share one of your .CR3 files for me to take a look at? It can't be posted directly here as it is too large so you'll need to put in on a web sharing site like Dropbox or WeTransfer then post the download link here.

These are the two images I discovered the issue with, but it's been affecting my other images too.
Disabling lens corrections doesn't fix the issue.

That is interesting in the Chinese sense of the word. I'm seeing it too with your files.
This is something you'll have to take up with tech support, sorry. I'm wondering if it has something to do with how the program is handling the files from your M200 camera.
When you contact them be sure to give them the link to this topic and the download link for the files so they have something to work with.

Is it possible to install the previous version of ON1 if I buy it while it's on sale?

You shouldn't need to purchase it. 2022.5 and 2022.5.1 are free updates to 2022.1. Tech support can give you a download link to the prior version.
This problem still needs to be reported to tech support though. If it doesn't get reported and they don't get the files that will allow them to see the problem for themselves, it can't be fixed.
It could be that your camera was in a different mode when the files showing the problem were taken. It could be the new lens correction profiling that was implemented with this version has to throw away some of the edge data for some reason. I'm just guessing here. But this is why they need to see your files.
Again:
When you contact them be sure to give them the link to this topic and the download link for the files so they have something to work with.
