I am a professional image restorer and having recently purchased and updated your software It is sadly lagging behind the likes of Affinity Photo and even ACDsee in providing tools with the necessary precision. Its a shame because there are certainly many features that are useful such as curves which most would consider essential. I know to sell the software sky changes resizing and noise reduction etc are headliners but basic tools are equally important.

  And, there is a Curves filter under the Effects tab.

  There is a curves tool it in the effects tab select add filter then curves.

  If you are unfamiliar with using PR the user guide is very comprehensive. You can download a pdf version which makes it great for searching for what you are looking for.
