ON1 2022.5 crashes if not connected to internet

When I try to open On1 2022 v2022.5 on MacBook Pro M1 with Monterey 12.4 and not connected to internet it crashes and won't open. It does open a window of technical information to send but of course I can't send because I'm not connected. When I connect to internet it opens correctly.

Any ideas why this happens? I looked for setting to turn off checking internet as this computer is rarely connected as it's my travel computer.

  About the crashing, you'll need to talk to On1 support.

  Photo Raw checks it's status every time you start it. there is no option to turn it off but If this PC will be used offline, you can to get an offline activation code. Sign into your On1 account and go to products where your Photo Raw is. According to this article the code is good for 48 hours. Not sure if you have to use it by then or if it will expire by then.

  Thank you. Does that mean I’d have do an offline every 2 days? When traveling I may not have internet for this computer for a week. Not being able to process photos under these conditions would not be a good thing for me.

  You'll have to ask Kahlie to be sure but I believe the 48 hour timeout is just for you to get the offline activation code and put it to use. I'm pretty sure that once you've done that you're good to go for however long you'll be offline.
