It would help to know which video you're referring to so we can take a look.

When you install presets, they'll be associated with the last On1 software that was installed. So, if you don't control where they go, that program will be the default. in windows we can right click and choose what app to install to. I don't know the Mac procedure for that.

the dust and scratches option is in Photo Raw in Edit in the Retouch options.

It appears that you have both Photo Raw and the Resize AI app. In your post, it's not clear which one you're referring to. It would help to post screenshots to show us what you're looking at.

Hi,  the video I am referring to is Scott's Go Big with Resize AI....just released this past week. I have since discovered that there is two very tiny "curtain pullers" on either side of the image in Resize AI   so I have been able to see the settings on the right and left....but they were almost unnoticeable at first!  I have also been able to see how the dust and scratches control appears.

In Resize Photo RAW AI  stand alone  all the menus appear okay but  Scott's presets are not appearing

In ON1  Photo Raw 2022.5  the image thumbnail at the top right of the screen is almost entirely cut off (see attached screen shot)   The list of presets all say "conflicted"  and once again Scott's presets are not in the list. (see screen shot)

I tried dragging the stand alone Resize AI app to the trash to see if it fixed any of these problems but it made no difference.

All comments I have made above refer to the operation of the program in Catalina

Ok, That's a paid for course so I can't check and see what Scott is offering.

Edit: I see from the description that those are just regular presets, so you wouldn't see them in the Resize pane.

Where are you looking for these presets? Presets are usually added to the Editing presets shown in both Browse and Edit. Unless they are specifically Resize presets which is unlikely.

You can also check the extras manager to see if they are installed somewhere.

Others have mentioned the Nav image is cut off as well. You can try turning it off and on again by clicking NAV. You can also try Deleting the settings file to see if that fixes it...

If it doesn't fix it, you could report it to On1 tech support but it's already been reported, so that's not important.

Not sure what's going on with conflicted Presets. Possibly presets that have been installed twice. You should be able to open the Extras Manager and see what's going on there. You could also delete Scotts presets from the Manager and reinstall them.

I have resolved the presets by right clicking on a preset, it goes to the right place....didn't know about that trick!  It was sending the presets to the Resize program and it wasn't;t supposed to do that. I have been in contact with Scott.   I'll check the Extras Manager and see if I can see anything.  thanks!

As Rick mentioned, the Presets will be installed to the last ON1 program you installed. This is set by your OS and it happens on both Mac & Windows.

checked the Extras Manager and all the resize presets are still showing conflicted...so nothing to see there. Deleted the settings file and the nav image seems okay now.
