Just saying I am highly satisfied with ON 1 raw 2022!The app runs faster on my Mac desktop 27' since the last update.NoNoise and Resize is just great!

However i have some new issues being created with the last small update that was send out this week.

Some of the imported RAF make the app crush when opening them in the browser.

Issue was forwarded to Stevie and Cody from technical support

 

I did some additional tests :

- the problem  : opening an imported raw file can make the app close down and the photo is corrupted: happens with not all photos but about 20-30 % of them.

-the issue is also there for other cameras from fujifilm (so not dependent on one camera specific)

-the issue is not there when converting the RAF files  to DNG or by using JPEG out of camera.

-the issue is not dependent on a specific computer as originally the issue was on a Mac desktop 27’ but also on a MacBook pro.

  Yes having the same problem only since the update its a pain to be honest tried downloading again but still the same

  Dennis, apparently there is a bug in the program. All you can do for now is report it to tech support.
