REsize AI massive problems

Your Mac mini does not have a discreet GPU, just the integrated Intel UHD which isn't powerful enough to handle the needs of the new Resize AI feature. Adding an external GPU should work just fine as recognizing it and making it available to the software you run is handled by the MacOS. I haven't tried it to be certain but from what I know about graphics programming in MacOS it should be transparent and just work the same as it does on a Mac with a discreet GPU.

Your M1 MacBook Pro should be able to work with it without any problems. I'm running it on an M1 mini. I suggest trying Delete Settings function followed by the Reset ON1 Photo RAW function if Delete Settings doesn't clear up the problem.

understood and thanks for the advice. I already tried deleting the settings. I am not working on a raw file at the moment. A lot of these are for older images. will resetting the RAW function make a difference here? thanks

If you are not working on a RAW file then again, the lens correction has already been done for that image. Resetting the program results in returning it to the same state as when it was first installed. I don't know if it will make a difference or not but I recommend giving it a try.

The Delete Settings function just deletes all preferences settings for the program. Unless you look in Preferences after using it (assuming you've customized any to begin with) you won't see any difference. Preferences can become corrupt for various reasons and that can cause programs (any program, not just Photo RAW) to misbehave. This is why it was added, so they could be returned to a clean default state.
